While signing-up, use of services, including the use of location data, Adgari may collect your personal info and necessities which in case may be stored, processed, and accessed for business purposes that includes lead generation, marketing, analytics, developing and improving services, industry and market research and other purposes to fulfil our legitimate business needs.

Subject to all applicable laws, Adgari may provide to a third party any information (including Personal Information) about you and/or the Services provided hereunder if:

Driver expressly consents to Adgari’s use of location-based services, and Driver expressly waives and releases Adgari and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, causes of action or damages arising from Driver’s use of the Adgari Services, or in any way relating to the use of the geo-location and other location-based services.

We provide services primarily through the app on your device (Compatible with Mobile application). We have your consent to collect and use technical data and related information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals that is gathered periodically to facilitate the clauses of software updates, user support and other services to you related to such Mobile App.

While using our Mobile Applications, the Mobile Application may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your Using device including without limitation:
